Subscription & Membership Policy

1. Agreement & Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a product that includes a Lube Subscription Plan, you explicitly agree at checkout to enroll in a monthly recurring subscription.

  • The subscription is clearly labeled as monthly at the time of purchase.

  • By completing checkout, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on each renewal date unless canceled.

  • This agreement is confirmed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.


2. Customer Responsibility to Cancel

It is solely the customer’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription if they do not wish to continue.

  • We do not monitor, pause, or cancel subscriptions on behalf of customers unless notified via email.

  • Forgetting to cancel a subscription does not qualify for a refund or charge reversal.

  • We do not accept liability for missed cancellations under any circumstance.

Customers can cancel at any time through the Subscription Management Portal, which is:

  • Sent via email immediately after the first order

  • Accessible 24/7 without contacting support


3. Cancellation Deadline

To avoid a renewal charge:

  • Cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled billing date.

  • Cancellations made after the billing date apply to the next billing cycle only.


4. Locked & Non-Refundable Orders

Once a subscription renewal charge is successfully processed:

  • The order is immediately locked and sent to fulfillment

  • The order cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed

  • The product will still ship as paid

Because fulfillment is automated, all processed subscription charges are final.


5. Summary Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase that includes a subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • You knowingly enrolled in a monthly plan

  • You are responsible for canceling if desired

  • You understand that processed renewals are non-refundable

  • You received access to the subscription manager via email
