Refund & Exchange Policy

At SculptHer, we strive to ensure you are confident in your purchase. Because our products are intimate shapewear designed for hygiene and body contouring, we adhere to a strict policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our clients.

1. Cancellation Window

Immediate Processing: Our system automatically routes orders to our fulfillment center for immediate processing. Therefore, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

After 1 Hour: Once an order has passed the 1-hour window, it enters the "Processing & Fulfillment" stage and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as the logistics team has already locked the shipment.

2. Hygiene & Safety (Non-Returnable Items) Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on the following items if the hygiene seal has been broken or if the package has been opened:

Bodysuits & Shapewear with crotch usage

Undergarments & Intimates

Clearance / "Final Sale" items

3. Returns for Store Credit Only

If you receive an item that does not fit, we offer Exchanges or Store Credit within 14 days of delivery.

We do not issue cash refunds to original payment methods for sizing issues or "change of mind." This allows us to keep our prices competitive and offer free shipping promotions.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, you must email support@sculptherus.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will immediately ship a replacement at no cost.
